And what about the real people we find? They become our friends, family and community! We have created some long lasting relationships throughout our real people casting journey and that network of amazing people just keeps on growing! While we are casting directors, we are people first, and developing trust and building friendships are very important to us. We make it easy for people to step into a world they may not be familiar with at all…the entertainment industry. We’ve been invited over for tea and soda bread, had dinner at the local diner and played with the grandkids! These people know we are in their corner, helping them through the casting process and giving them a standing ovation when the job is done! Nobody is more excited to see them on a commercial during the Super Bowl than us :)
